Preparation and Feeding Instructions:

Do not handle reptile before offering feeder.
Always feed reptiles separately.
Place rodent bag in warm water until thawed. Do not microwave.
When completely thawed, grasp the feeder with tongs and present to reptile.
Feeding response may be encouraged by wiggling rodent.
Release feeder when reptile strikes and acquires.
Avoid the risk of bites: Always wash hands after handling feeder rodents.
Never prepare or store frozen feeders where human food is prepared, stored, or consumed.

High quality feeder mice

I had been buying frozen mice from big box stores for five or more years now, and the difference in quality between those feeders and Layne Labs’ feeders are apparent at first sight! Layne Labs’ feeders are clean and healthy looking, more than I could say about the big box stores’ feeders. The price is great, too! I’m happy, and my snake seems happy with her first Layne Lab meal, too. Wish I knew about Layne Labs sooner!

Great Quality

Received quickly and packed well. Still frozen at arrival. The packaging of the food is fantastic. Rather than a plastic bag they came in nice designed bags with zip closing to avoid freezer burn. The condition of the good was excellent and were clean and carefully packaged. I am very happy that I was referred to you and will continue to buy from Layne Labs.

High Quality and Great Prices

I have purchased from Layne Labs at reptile expos before and have had great experiences with the staff and product. I placed my first online order and I was very happy with the ease of everything. The offerings with sizes and quantities make it very easy to determine what I need. The pricing can’t be beat, especially given the high quality of the feeders. The size ranges with weights that are listed are very accurate. The box was shipped with dry ice that kept everything frozen. The shipping box itself was not only taped but also stapled to ensure that the box would not open in transit. Everything is high quality, the feeders are not dirty, there is no feces, they are neatly packed in the resealable blue bags. I have purchased all mouse sizes except for jumbo and Layne Labs is always consistent and reliable.
