Preparation and Feeding Instructions:

Do not handle reptile before offering feeder.
Always feed reptiles separately.
Place rodent bag in warm water until thawed. Do not microwave.
When completely thawed, grasp the feeder with tongs and present to reptile.
Feeding response may be encouraged by wiggling rodent.
Release feeder when reptile strikes and acquires.
Avoid the risk of bites: Always wash hands after handling feeder rodents.
Never prepare or store frozen feeders where human food is prepared, stored, or consumed.

Molly Approved Mice

We recently stocked our freezer with frozen mice for our Bull Snake, Molly, from LayneLabs and I just have to say how impressed I am by how clean the mice are. There's hardly any odor at all when opening the bag, whereas the mice we buy frozen from our local pet store have a very pungent rodent smell. The mice from LayneLabs also look super healthy. Molly was so happy with them she ate five in her first feeding after we received our package from LayneLabs, which is the most she has ever eaten in one feeding. I was also impressed that the package was so well insulated that even though we had a delay with FedEx and it's been very hot here in central Wyoming, the mice were still completely frozen when we opened the box. I will definitely be ordering from LayneLabs again!

Who are you feeding? Two Corn Snakes

I was blown away at how quickly my order was delivered.

I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Thursday. I had enough mice for another feeding but I have to say that was very quick. And the way it was packed, it had enough dry ice to last a long time in the Nevada heat. Thank you!

Who are you feeding? Relleno a Male Kestrel

Quality product from a quality company.

I truly appreciate the quality of the food I receive. Humane care and nutritious food received before harvest matters to me and contributes to the quality of the product. I live in southern New Mexico and the temps here get and stay near or over 100 degrees for months in a row and the way the mice are packaged works for me. The prices might be a little higher than others, but for thee reasons I am happy to purchase from this quality company.
